What is the Best option Perth or Brisbane or Melborne for Electrical Engineer moving to Australia on PR Visa?
Hi There
I would appreciate for giving me the reasonable answer for selection of the city. I am moving to Australia on PR visa but could not decide the city as I don,t know any body there to guide me. Please give me the opinion where to move?
I am graduate electrical engineer and i have also intention for higher studies.

This is a very difficult question to answer accurately and without bias – we all think our city is best. I live in Brisbane and am therefore biased in its favour.
All three cities would be suitable for you, but the weather and job prospects in your field are better in Perth and Brisbane. Brisbane has slightly less expensive accomodation and living expenses than Perth. Brisbane is a larger city than Perth and is less isolated, located as it is on the far more heavily populated eastern coast of Australia.
I would advise you to come to Brisbane, but really, I’m sure you would also be happy in Perth as it is a beautiful city and an excellent place to live.
Apart from any of the above, you may find that your job prospects are even better in a mining area. Both Western Australia and Queensland have booming mining economies, but WA has no higher educational institutions outside Perth. Queensland has universities in several cities other than Brisbane and is probably your best option overall.
